What's the most sustainable option for women's sanitary products?

There are so many options out there but which is actually the best overall? The options I've seen are: biodegradable tampon applicators, silicon menstrual cups, reusable pads, 100% cotton tampons.

What's the best way to compost at home?

I live in a flat with no garden and I really want to compost. But what is the best way and what are the pros and cons?

Some options I've heard of are having a compost bin with worms or collecting my food waste in a bin and taking it to a arger community compost bin.

My interpretation on Sustainability is living in a particular way that could be repeated forever. Instead of diminishing resources, never to be used again, we are reusing resources in other ways so they have a shelf life of forever.
