Which tea brand is the most eco-friendly?

I drink A LOT of tea and I usually have to empty the teabag into a compost and throw away the bag in the bin because I heard the bags are partially made out of plastic. I've seen a trend of tea companies producing "biodegradable tea bags" which are fully compostable. But are they? And if so, which brand should I buy??
